I highly recommend taking a birthing class, whether it is your first birth or fifth, birthing classes are very helpful. We plan and prepare for many things in life (school, work, travel) yet arguably the most life changing event we often go in blind. A natural birthing class helps prepare you and your partner for the wonderful journey of birth.

Birth Plan
Having a birth plan is a crucial part to giving birth. Did you know that most interventions commonly used in the birthing process are optional? Having a birth plan lets you and your partner discuss which interventions you are comfortable with. Here are a couple of sample birth plans you can print off and bring with you during labor to show your provider.
