But let's be real, I didn't create this recipe from scratch - all credit goes to JenuineHome.com. I just loved it so much I had to share it!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup water

  • 1/4 cup oil or 4 tbsp dairy-free butter

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 1/4 tsp salt

  • 3 tbsp honey or sugar

  • 3 1/4 cup Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour

  • 2 tsp active dry yeast

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients, in the specified order, into the bread machine loaf pan, ensuring the kneading paddle is in place.

  2. Place the pan in the bread machine, select the gluten-free program, and start. After 3-5 minutes of kneading, gently scrape down any dry ingredients stuck on the sides with a spatula.

  3. Let the bread machine do the rest, including the rise and baking. It will signal when it's done, approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes from the start.

Why You'll Love It

This gluten-free bread is a game-changer, providing a soft texture and delightful taste that will make you forget it's gluten-free. The simplicity of using a bread machine takes away the hassle, allowing you to enjoy freshly baked bread without the extra effort.

Tips for Success

  • Ensure your ingredients are at room temperature for optimal results.

  • Experiment with adding seeds or nuts for extra flavor and texture.

  • Don't forget to scrape down the sides during the initial kneading for an evenly mixed dough.
